Personalised Programs

Last updated: 9 October 2026

NeuroLearn™ is operated by Ruby Ann Hopkinson, ABN 62524154851.

These terms explain how our digital learning resources and personalised programs are purchased, delivered and used. Please read them alongside the relevant product description and our Privacy Policy.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean NeuroLearn. “You” means the person purchasing or using our resources.

1. Our learning resources

NeuroLearn provides digital homeschool learning resources, including Learning Weeks, bundles, ready-to-use term programs and personalised term programs.

The relevant product description explains what you receive, suggested ages or learning levels, curriculum connections and any included services.

Products marked “Coming soon” are not currently available for purchase.

Our programs are parent-led. You introduce and supervise activities at home. Unless expressly included in the product description or agreed in writing, purchases do not include live lessons, tutoring, assessment or ongoing teacher support.

2. Purchasing and pricing

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a product or commission a personalised program.

Please provide an accurate email address and the information needed to process and deliver your order.

Prices are in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise. The total payable, including any applicable taxes or mandatory charges, will be disclosed before payment.

Changes to prices or product offerings apply to future purchases. They do not change an order we have already accepted.

3. Ready-to-use resources and bundles

Learning Weeks, bundles and ready-to-use term programs contain activities prepared in advance. They are not individually personalised unless the description expressly states otherwise.

Please check the learning level, activities and materials before purchasing. Suggested ages are a guide; children’s skills and support needs vary.

Bundles contain the Learning Weeks listed in their descriptions. A Learning Week purchased individually may also appear in a bundle, so please check for overlap before purchasing.

4. Personalised term programs

Our personalised program process is:

  1. You complete a separate intake for each child.

  2. We review your responses and clarify any information needed.

  3. We confirm the agreed program scope, price and delivery timeframe, and send a payment link.

  4. Program preparation begins after payment is received.

Submitting an intake does not take payment or confirm a booking.

Personalised terms are priced per child. We select, adapt and organise activities around the named child’s interests, current abilities, support needs and agreed learning goals.

Please provide relevant, accurate information, including any allergies, safety considerations, access limitations and materials you wish to avoid. Let us know promptly if important information changes.

If further information is needed, we will explain how this affects preparation or delivery and agree an updated timeframe with you.

5. Delivery and access

Our resources are delivered digitally. No physical materials are shipped.

Ready-to-use resources are supplied through the download or access method stated at purchase. Personalised programs are delivered within the timeframe confirmed before payment.

Please download and securely save your files. There is no deadline to finish the activities in your downloaded program, but indefinite hosting or replacement access is not promised unless expressly stated.

If a file or access link does not arrive or does not work, check your spam folder and contact infoneurolearn@gmail.com so we can help.

If delivery is delayed, we will explain the situation and discuss an appropriate solution. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unchanged.

6. Included amendments

A personalised term includes one round of amendments to the delivered activities and guidance.

Please send your requested changes together in one email so we can review them as a single round.

Included amendments address the agreed program and your child’s needs. A new theme, an entirely new program or additional rounds of revisions are not included unless separately agreed.

We will explain any proposed additional scope and cost before undertaking extra work. You are not required to purchase additional services.

Correcting an error or providing a remedy required by Australian Consumer Law does not use up your included amendment round.

7. Household use and copyright

NeuroLearn resources remain protected by copyright. Purchasing a resource gives you permission to use it; it does not transfer ownership of the content.

You may:

  • Download and save your resources for private household use.

  • Print copies for use within your household.

  • Adapt activities and permitted copies to suit your children.

  • Share files privately with an adult helping deliver the learning to your child.

  • Include relevant excerpts and completed work in your child’s homeschool records or submissions to the relevant education authority.

Ready-to-use resources may be used with siblings within your household. Personalised programs are prepared for the named child. Siblings may join suitable activities, but separate personalisation for another child is not included.

Without our written permission, you must not resell, redistribute, publicly upload or share the resources outside these permitted uses, or use them to provide a commercial program.

Any copyright belonging to third parties remains with its owner.

8. Participation and activity safety

Activities may involve outdoor environments, food, tools, movement or household materials.

Please choose suitable activities and provide supervision appropriate to your child’s abilities and the environment. Follow equipment instructions, local access rules and relevant safety guidance.

Check food ingredients, allergies and materials before use. Change or stop an activity if it is unsuitable or your child needs a break.

NeuroLearn provides educational planning and resources. We do not provide diagnosis, medical treatment or therapy.

9. Curriculum and homeschooling responsibilities

Curriculum connections identify learning addressed by the resources. The program description and, for personalised programs, the scope agreed before payment explain the intended coverage and learning levels.

We do not guarantee homeschool registration, approval of a learning plan or acceptance of particular evidence by an education authority.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for checking their jurisdiction’s homeschooling requirements, maintaining required records and arranging any learning outside the agreed program scope.

Learning progress varies between children. We do not promise a particular academic result.

10. Consumer rights, refunds and cancellations

Our products and services come with rights and guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Nothing in these terms or our Refund Policy removes your entitlement to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation, compensation or other remedy where the law provides one.

Downloading a resource, purchasing a bundle or commissioning personalised work does not remove those rights.

For change-of-mind requests, the policy disclosed before purchase applies. Any cancellation arrangements for personalised work must be provided before payment.

If you believe a resource is faulty, materially different from its description, or a service has not been supplied as agreed, contact infoneurolearn@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

11. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Personalised intake responses are used to review your request, communicate with you and prepare the agreed program.

Only provide information you are authorised to share. Please avoid including unnecessary information about other people.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The updated version will display its effective date.

The terms provided when your order was accepted continue to apply to that order unless we mutually agree to a change or a change is required by law.

13. Questions and concerns

Please contact infoneurolearn@gmail.com with questions about an order, resource or these terms.

We will consider concerns fairly and work with you towards an appropriate resolution. You may also seek assistance from a consumer protection agency or pursue any remedy available to you by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that apply in your location.

WHAT DRAWS THEM IN

I begin with the things your child already chooses to explore, make, collect, discuss or return to. Those interests give learning a meaningful place to start.

HOW THEY CAN TAKE PART

I consider their current abilities, communication, sensory needs, regulation and capacity. Activities offer ways to participate that make sense for them.

WHERE THEY’RE HEADING

I connect experiences to their goals, from literacy and numeracy to confidence, independence, problem-solving and everyday life skills.

TRY NEUROLEARN FOR A DAY

See how learning can feel.

Explore a free day of calm, hands-on learning and get a feel for the NeuroLearn approach.

Your personalised plan goes further. I create it after learning about your child’s interests, abilities, support needs, goals and family rhythm.

Choose the amount of learning you’d like planned

Every NeuroLearn plan is created after I learn about your child’s interests, abilities, support needs and goals. You receive guided, hands-on learning days, a supplies list, Australian Curriculum connections and a summary for your homeschool records. The weeks describe how much I plan for you, not a deadline to finish it.

Find a way in.

2 WEEK PROGRAM

$295

If learning has felt hard to start, begin with experiences built around what already catches your child’s attention. Two weeks gives you a personalised place to begin and a chance to see how your child responds when learning starts with them.

Give an interest room to grow.

4 WEEK PROGRAM

$510

Four weeks gives you more than a promising first activity. Your child can approach an interest in different ways, return to skills without repeating the same lesson, and find the kinds of learning experiences they want to come back to.

Let learning become something you can build on.

10 WEEK PROGRAM

$995

This is where the NeuroLearn approach has room to unfold. An interest can spark a project, lead outdoors, turn into something your child makes, and open up new questions and skills along the way. I plan a connected ten-week journey around your child, so you have meaningful learning ready to draw on as their capacity and your family’s rhythm change.

You have a direction without having to push through a rigid schedule or plan the next learning day yourself.

Ready to begin with your child?

Choose the plan length that feels right for your family. After you select it, I’ll send you the detailed intake so I can learn about your child before creating their plan.
