All NeuroLearn™ bundles, resources, and personalised learning plans are digital products delivered via automated email.

  • No physical items will be shipped

  • It is your responsibility to download and store your files

 

5. Personalised Learning Plans

Personalised plans require completion of an intake form. Delivery times are outlined in product descriptions (5–7 business days).
NeuroLearn™ is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information provided by the customer.

 

6. NDIS

Where applicable, customers may seek NDIS reimbursement. NeuroLearn™ does not guarantee NDIS approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to check eligibility with their plan manager or provider.

 

7. Pricing & Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice.
We may modify, discontinue, or update products at any time.

 

8. Intellectual Property

All NeuroLearn™ content, resources, graphics, files, and curriculum materials are protected by copyright.

  • Upload to shared drives

Violations result in immediate cancellation of access.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

NeuroLearn™ is not liable for:

  • Technical download issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by customers

  • Outcomes of personalised plans

Our resources are educational and supportive in nature and do not replace professional medical, psychological, or educational advice.
