At NeuroLearn™, all products are digital and delivered instantly. Because of the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds for any digital resources or bundles.

Please read the following carefully.

 

1. Digital Products (Bundles, Curriculum, Activities)

All digital product sales are final.
We cannot issue refunds due to:

  • Instant access

  • Downloadable, non-returnable files

  • Customer error

  • Change of mind

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us for support.

 

2. Personalised Learning Plans

Because personalised plans require custom work, they are non-refundable once work has begun.

We offer:

  • 100% refund before intake is submitted

  • 50% refund within 24 hours of intake submission

  • 0% refund after content creation begins

 

3. Duplicate Purchases

If an accidental duplicate purchase occurs, contact us within 24 hours for correction.

 

4. File Access Issues

If you do not receive your files:

  • Check your spam folder

  • Ensure you entered the correct email

  • Email us and we will re-send your access link manually

 

5. NDIS

NeuroLearn™ does not guarantee NDIS reimbursement.
