How your personalised term works

1. Tell me about your learner

Complete your parent intake first. Share your child’s interests, current skills, communication, sensory preferences and learning goals. I’ll review your responses and email you the next steps, confirmed delivery timeframe and payment link.

2. I prepare your program

Once payment is received, I begin preparing your personalised term. I select, adapt and organise 30 guided learning days around your child. You receive the complete program, including activity instructions, supplies, curriculum connections and a suggested learning rhythm.

3. Learn together at home

You lead the activities when they suit your family. Take breaks, repeat favourites and spend longer on projects your child enjoys. Your program includes one round of amendments after delivery.

Ten weeks describes the suggested learning rhythm. There is no deadline to finish your activities. This is a parent-led program; live teaching and ongoing support are not included.

A few things you might be wondering

What does a term program include?

A ten-week program with 30 guided learning days, activity instructions, a supplies list, curriculum connections and a suggested learning rhythm.

Learning happens through hands-on projects, nature, interests and everyday experiences. You lead the activities at home, with the planning prepared for you.

What’s the difference between ready-to-use and personalised?

A ready-to-use term is planned for a stated learning level, with options you can choose to suit your child. It costs $149 per household.

A personalised term is selected, adapted and organised around your child’s interests, current abilities, support needs and goals after you complete an intake. It costs $495 per child.

Does my child need to read or write independently?

No. Children can participate through talking, pointing, choosing, making, arranging, drawing and supported reading or writing.

Check the stated learning level of a ready-to-use program. For a personalised term, tell me about your child’s current skills and communication so I can plan suitable ways for them to participate and develop their learning.

Can siblings learn together?

Yes. Ready-to-use terms can be shared within your household, with children participating at their own levels. Check that the program’s learning levels suit your children.

Personalised terms are priced per child. If you’re purchasing for siblings, mention shared interests in their intakes so I can consider opportunities for them to learn together.

Do we need to follow a fixed timetable?

The suggested rhythm is three guided learning days a week for ten weeks. You choose when to use them and can take breaks, repeat activities or spend longer on a project.

The program guides your planned learning days, with room for reading, play, outings and everyday learning throughout your week. There is no deadline to finish.

Do you teach my child?

I plan the program, and you lead the learning at home. Each activity includes guidance to help you introduce it and support your child.

The price covers the delivered program. Live lessons, tutoring and ongoing teacher support are not included.

What materials will we need?

Each program includes a supplies list. Activities use everyday materials where possible, although some projects may need additional items.

For a personalised term, share any budget, sensory or access limitations in your intake so I can consider these when selecting activities.

What if our personalised program needs adjusting?

Your personalised term includes one round of amendments after delivery. Send your requested adjustments together in one message.

Amendments cover changes to the delivered activities and guidance. A new theme, full replacement program or ongoing revisions are outside this inclusion.
