About NeuroLearn™

Many of the families who find NeuroLearn™ arrive feeling exhausted.

They've tried reward charts, rigid routines, school meetings, generic advice and one-size-fits-all programs.

They've been told their child just needs more consistency, more structure or to try harder.

But deep down, they know their child isn't the problem.

The approach is.

NeuroLearn™ was created because I believe neurodivergent children deserve support that works with their nervous system, not against it.

Support that recognises their strengths.

Support that builds confidence before expectations.

Support that helps children develop the skills they need to participate more confidently in everyday life.

Because meaningful progress begins when children feel safe, understood and genuinely supported.

Hi, I'm Ruby

I'm the founder of NeuroLearn™ and a qualified teacher with a Bachelor of Education (Primary & Special Needs).

Throughout my studies and professional experience, I found myself asking the same question again and again:

Why are we expecting every child to learn the same way?

The more I worked alongside neurodivergent children and their families, the more I realised that many children weren't struggling because they lacked ability.

They were struggling because the environment, expectations and supports weren't designed with them in mind.

That understanding completely changed the way I approached supporting children.

Rather than beginning with what a child "should" be doing, I began with who they are.

Their strengths.

Their interests.

Their regulation needs.

Their goals.

Because when support is personalised around the individual child, meaningful growth becomes possible.

Why I Created NeuroLearn™

NeuroLearn™ was built to provide personalised Capacity Building programs that feel practical, achievable and genuinely supportive for families.

Every program is individually designed to help children build functional skills through meaningful, strengths-based activities that reflect who they are.

Depending on each child's goals and support needs, programs may focus on developing:

  • Emotional regulation
  • Executive functioning
  • Emotional literacy
  • Communication
  • Daily living skills
  • Independence
  • Self-management
  • Routine development
  • Confidence
  • Participation across home, community and learning environments

There are no generic templates.

No rigid schedules.

No one-size-fits-all programs.

Every NeuroLearn™ program is created from the ground up for one child.

My Approach

Everything I create follows four core principles.

Regulation First

Children learn, communicate and participate best when they feel emotionally safe and regulated.

Supporting regulation isn't separate from learning or development - it's the foundation that makes meaningful progress possible.

Strengths Before Deficits

Every child already has strengths.

Rather than focusing on what a child can't do, NeuroLearn™ builds on what motivates them, interests them and helps them feel capable.

Those strengths become the bridge to developing new skills.

Personalised, Never Generic

No two children are the same.

That's why no two NeuroLearn™ programs are ever the same.

Every activity, strategy and recommendation is individually selected around the participant's goals, support needs, interests and regulation profile.

Progress That Feels Sustainable

Progress doesn't come from pressure.

It comes from consistent, meaningful experiences that build confidence over time.

NeuroLearn™ is designed to support long-term functional skill development in a way that feels achievable for both children and their families.

Who I Support

NeuroLearn™ supports neurodivergent children across Australia, including those who experience:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

My Promise

Every family deserves to feel heard.

Every child deserves support that recognises who they are before focusing on what they need to learn.

When you work with NeuroLearn™, you're not receiving a pre-made program.

You're receiving a personalised Capacity Building program that has been thoughtfully designed for your child, with the goal of helping them build confidence, independence and meaningful skills that support participation in everyday life.

Because every child deserves support that works with them, not against them.
